My column today was therapeutic to write. I am, however, worried my readers will take my rabbit rage seriously. What am I talking about? It IS serious!
I am proud of you for saying this out loud. Harsh? A little. But when the creatures, do matter how fluffy and cute, go after our flowers, it's war. In NYC, we saw a menu item you would've loved: slow-cooking rabbit. I feel your pain. I hate squirrels. Sorry Bullwinkle.
Thank you for your support, CSS. A reader emailed this morning to assure me I DON'T want to see Lucy catch one of those damn things. The aftermath is not what you'd call appetizing. On the other hand, I just spotted a tiny baby this morning. Another litter!! It's like a freaking rabbit resort around here.
