Blue Skirt: So, whaddya think?

We liberals are an open-minded bunch. So I’m wondering, anything particular on your mind out there? Are there big policy issues you would like to talk about? Candidates’ positions on the issues (what a concept!)? Races for the House or Senate? Suggestions to give our eventual candidate for a running mate?
I think both Red Skirt and I would be interested in what our fellow Boomers are thinking out there. So please write in and let us know.
And oh yeah, I know this is not a sports blog, but living in Lawrence, Kansas this week, home of the 2008 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship Jayhawks has been thrilling. I didn’t know how jaded I’d become until the Jayhawk victory over the University of Memphis released my inner euphoria. My endorphins had endorphins! And I’m not even a sports fan. Go figure.
