Lora Wiley is the managing owner of Au Marché, a grocery and gift store in downtown Lawrence specializing in cheeses, chocolates and other food products from the European continent.
In October 2006, Lora was voted one of the top 20 specialty food retailers under the age of 40 in the United States by Gourmet News magazine. In 1993-1994 Lora spent an academic year in Besançon, France, which began her love affair with Europe, its customs and its food.
Lora lives and cooks in Lawrence, Kan., with her husband and her son.
