Burst of lemon

The power of vitality

“From deep within the Tuscan valley, orchards of goodness create a paradise in glow. I see it in my mind’s eye. My sense of smell is ignited by pure fragrance that awakens the soul with vital life force. It is the experience of illuminating light. Rainbow liquid gold is real. Empowerment arises strongly out of will, a sense I feel deep from within my belly. I have been given the gift of survival by receiving clarity and vision. I can now move on. I now rise to the occasion of higher vibration. A citrus plant spirit took me there.”

Late spring and early summer is here — a timely occasion to purify, empower and renew! The seemingly long and dense feeling of winter is now reawakening as earth mother’s wheel has turned with an effervescent reminder to lighten the load — trust the process, have courage and be happy!

The authentic scent of Lemon (Citrus limonum) can light up the "inspired way" of living. It’s time for our vibrant sense of self to come out and sparkle, releasing with love and forgiveness that which no longer serves our higher self. It’s time to get energized and begin again with a new sense of being for what lies ahead. A burst of lemon, the plant spirit of vitality, holds up a peace sign that jogs the memory, "joy is." It’s time — we all shine on, like the moon and the stars and the sun. I can hear you singing right now, John Lemon — oops! I mean Lennon! Sorry, John.

The organic aroma of Lemon is a poetic rock star of peaceful vitality. Like a bursting bloom when it first pops open to the new world, fully in surround — refreshing, lively and oh-so-simple genius. Think yellow center of a daisy, and ask yourself, “Today — in my body, in my emotions, what does bright yellow animation feel like?” Imagine perhaps, this energy to be a rising concerto of spirit, playing only for you. Imagine how this could play out! Imagine a burst of lemon essential oil blended together with sweet rose, lifting abundant love and light, something to experience as rising off the charts!

We must celebrate the Summer of Love for always, as long as we can! We must live as if every day is what we imagine it to be.

Citrus jump starts metabolism and boosts the immune system, all the while, detoxifying the body and stimulating the lymphatic system. Therapeutically, this family is fearless because the elemental spirit behind this natural power provides support of optimism and strength. Lemon gives good tune up for the body and satisfies the emotions with feel-good bright energy. A hint of what sunshine might smell like when standing in an orchard that glows from its presence.

To get things moving and bring vitality into peak form, here’s a recipe for a Pink-Citrus Herbal Tonic to boost energy and promote release of physical and energetic sludge. With Mother Nature’s remedy — burn fat, reduce inflammation, gain vitality and add minerals and vitamins to your body naturally!

Ingredients:

1 gallon spring water

3 organic lemons, 1 organic grapefruit

1 tbsp. rose hydrosol

2 droppers of peppermint tincture

1-2 tsp. Elderberry juice concentrate

1/8-1/4 cup organic maple syrup

1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper

Juice 3 lemons & 1 grapefruit (or even try another combination of citrus or lemon by itself). For smooth blending, mix fresh juice, herbals, and maple syrup together in a shaker, then add to spring water topped off with ice and fresh mint. I even charge the water with crystals! Drink over the course of a few days, offer gratitude and enjoy.

So, today:

• Wear a smiley face

• Everywhere you go, practice random acts of sunny disposition

• Rock on and let clarity define you

• Be one with the essence of lemon

• And say hey, to the flower power of vitality!

Love & peace, Terre
