Since I don’t normally wear a lot of makeup, the things I do wear are really important. My basic routine is brows, lips, concealer if necessary, and foundation.
So I was a bit dismayed when a makeup artist friend of mine commented that my foundation looked cakey. I rushed to the mirror and to my horror, he was correct. “No worries,” he said, “try this,” and he handed me this sponge that looked like a pink egg. What was this? And why was it shaped so oddly?
Being the skeptic that I am, and having been devoted to my foundation brush for years, I was hesitant….I was certain it was just another gimmick. Wrong. This sponge, called the Beauty Blender, is genius. Not only does it fit the contours of your face, but it gets into creases and corners easily. You can use it wet or dry and it truly makes applying your foundation a snap. Voila! In a matter of seconds, no more cake face, only a flawless complexion.
Buy this. You won’t be sorry. Check it out at www.beautyblender.net

Sounds intriguing and it's really cute. I can't seem to keep sponges clean after a while. They all seem to develop an odor, even though I wash them out regularly.
