Monday, Jan. 5, 2009

Dumbbells and DOMS

Sunday, Jan. 4, 2009

Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness is a deceiving and humbling thing. The first day, you bound out of bed, thinking, “Hey! Those weights I lifted didn’t affect me at all! I could have gone another 10 minutes on that elliptical machine. Mrs. Universe pageant, here I come!”
