Well now. I'm ready for my "BEFORE" photo to be taken.
If someone at weavers (Lawrence, KS USA) would like to test this $182 batch of products on me to prove that it will refresh my looks, I'll buy it.

WOW - this is a provocative article. I commend it to all Lawrencians aged 59 1/2 and older. "Civic Ventures, a think tank and program incubator to help society achieve the greatest return on experience, is reframing the debate about aging in America and redefining the second half of life as a source of social and individual renewal." I would like to be a fly on the wall in that think tank.

How about a think tank blog on this idea....of seeking the greatest return on "experience" on the "back nine" of life?

Well, I'll think more about this tomorrow because it's late, late and I need some shuteye.

I tried to record it but couldn't get the Oxygen channel....I have basic cable but I guess it doesn't include Oxy.
My picks are: Boston Legal, House, Criminal Minds and Six Feet Under. All quite quirky.......and do the job of getting my mind off of work and all other responsiblities....for a brief time. Ohhhh, I almost forgot. I'm a C-Span junkie...especially BookTV.

Don't you think it's too soon for Obama?
Here are comments I placed in Anne's "blog".

Surely we all must admit that Obama has a lot of potential to serve our country well, in whatever capacity. At this point in his career he seems a little too green to be running for president. Though costly -- financially and emotionally -- maybe this 2008 campaign for the nomination (Phd-esque education) will toughen him up for a future run....or maybe he and his family will determine that it's not worth the sacrifice of their family's well being. The tacky, thoughtless, but powerful, campaign styles by "unknown" candidate handlers is discouraging to both voters and candidates....and I'm sure that's a whole other column for Red Skirt/Blue Skirt.
Well, that's my ramble for the day.
