I havent seen this show - and will tune in to it!
I'm 65, work out two to three times a week in the gym, take nutritional supplements, eat a healthy diet and look 50 (so they say!)

It's real important that us boomer babes maintain health vitality and fitness - we're living longer, following our dreams, and for many of us, redesigning our lives and the image of grandma in a rockin chair on the verandah is long gone!

We are the designers of our lives - lets make sure we design the life we love, that gives us power, freedom and grace and be an inspiration for other women!!

Yaay - to all of us home based solo-entrepreneurs! I'm an Australian living in Colorado - been here for 3 years - and started a home-based business in the Wellness area. Not knowing anyone (apart from my husband) when I came here - I had to get out and meet people. Having your own business is such a great way to meet people and create lasting relationships and friendships. I decided to focus on the "boomer" market as the growing market of women who want to be fit and healthy and also have a financially secure future. And there have been challenges along the way. I've had thoughts of "I'd be better off getting a job" "how can I get this to work" etc etc. What has been a great incentive to me is knowing that I am creating something for the future and sharing with women the opportunity to be fit, healthy and financially free!
I love the idea of getting up in the morning and saying "who am I going to meet today - and who can I make a difference with!"
So I say, "Rock on solo-entrepreneurs!"

And while you're on sabbatical in NZ - you have to fly across the Tasman for a visit to Sydney, Australia - my home town. I'm a Sydney girl living in Colorado - just out of Boulder - I swapped the city life for the "country" lifestyle of Boulder CO, and an American husband! Wow that was a step. Dont worry about your hair, I think you'll find you'll fit right in to Christchurch! And if you do get desperate - you can get Clairol at any department store or chemist.
Caution - they do talk funny over there!
